Every Fortis garment comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults or anything not made to the standard it should be. If something isn’t right, we will put it right.

If you ever feel you haven’t received value for money, we will open a case and have a direct, human conversation about what’s gone wrong and how we can resolve it. That may mean repair, adjustment, or another practical solution — but we will always approach it with fairness and respect.
