REQUEST A RETURN OR REPAIR

Returns & Repairs in 3 simple steps

STEP ONE

Complete the returns form below.

Fill in and submit the Fortis Returns Form for returns or repairs.
We’ll review your request and email you a Returns ID if approved. Please keep an eye on your junk/spam folder, as it can sometimes land there.

STEP TWO

Wait for approval.

Do not send anything back without your Returns ID. Returns without an ID will be rejected.

If you are returning an item you'll receive a returns ID Number. If you are requesting a repair, you will receive an email including repair details, costs and a returns ID number.

Check yOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER IF YOU DON'T SEE OUR REPLY WITHIN 5 DAYS.

STEP Three

Send your item back.

Write your Returns ID clearly on the parcel. Please ensure returned items are clean, unworn, and in original condition.

ITEMS SENT BACK FOR REPAIR MUST BE CLEAN. DIRTY ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Refunds can take up to 28 days
  • Return postage is customer’s responsibility (unless faulty)
